Designed October 1932.This model machined and hand constructed by W. Karl Smith in Guatemala City, Guatemala, January 2004-March 2005 in his world renowned steam engine fabrication plant. W. Karl "Newcomen" Smith presently resides in Delhi India and is well known in Steam Preservations Society circles. He is the current President and founder of the International Steam Preservation Society
This exquisite display of precision, power and machining is presently on display at 900 Benton Street, Iowa City, Iowa. It is a part of the ever growing private collection of James T. Steen. Mr Steen is new to the steam preservation scene, but an up and comer to be sure. He is presently the Regional director of the Iowa Chapter of the North American branch of the International Steam Preservation Society.
